SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Deadlines
Orders received by us (for in-stock product) before 1 p.m. (Central Time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received (for in-stock items) after 1 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day of receipt.

RETURN POLICY
Eagle River Outdoors customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Eagle River Outdoors. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Eagle River Outdoors will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 715-203-1265, or email us at [email protected]. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Return Auth # Required
Eagle River Outdoors will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to Eagle River Outdoors for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
